From a mold shop to a housing specialist
Dongguan Taiyuan Hardware & Plastic Products Co., Ltd. was incorporated on 12 December 2025 by Dongyong Plastic, a molding company founded in 2015. The new company took over a 4,000 m² building in Shijie Town, Dongguan, of which 3,000 m² is production floor, and combined the mold shop, the molding floor and the automation department in a single plant.
We develop plastic molds and plastic products, run the injection molding that goes with them, and design and build the peripheral automation around the machine. Our work concentrates on housings for power adapters, PD and fast chargers, network communication devices, sockets and power strips, energy storage products and other consumer electronics. The quality and environmental management systems are certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, and the parts we produce meet RoHS requirements.
Mold making
Mold design, CNC, EDM, wire EDM, milling, grinding and drilling, with a capacity of 25 to 35 new molds per month.
Injection molding
71 machines from 80T to 260T across two plant areas, with five-axis servo take-out as standard.
Automation
An in-house automation department for sprue cutting, pin insertion and riveting, built around the parts we mold.

Two plant areas, one management system
The Taiyuan plant area in Shijie runs 36 Haitian and Yizumi molding machines between 120T and 260T, 36 servo robots, 40 automatic hardware insertion machines and the complete mold shop. The Dongyong plant area, where the company started in 2015, runs a further 35 machines between 80T and 200T. Both areas work to the same process sheets, the same inspection gates and the same quality system.

In daily work that comes down to five words the management team uses: focus, responsibility, innovation, rigor and pursuit. In practice it means a DFM review before steel is cut, a documented first-article approval, and a process that is locked before mass production starts.

Engineering and quality teams
The engineering department has 13 people: a manager, an engineering clerk, two project engineers, one structural engineer, two trial-mold engineers, three mold designers, two assistant engineers and one management trainee. The quality department has 15 people: a manager, a quality clerk, a document controller, one IQC inspector, two IPQC leaders, five IPQC inspectors, one QA engineer and one OQC inspector.
The team’s background is in power and network housings: mold making and injection molding for power supply, network communication and 3C products, with ten to twenty years of experience in Taiwanese-owned molding companies. The middle management team averages under forty.
