Laboratory and test equipment
RoHS tester, burning tester, two-dimensional vision measuring machine, salt spray tester, melt flow index tester, height gauge, ultrasonic cleaner, ball pressure tester, oven, ball impact tester, color difference meter, hardness tester and a high and low temperature test chamber.
Measuring and test equipment is calibrated on a scheduled basis. Where a measurement needs a certified external laboratory — for example a full RoHS report or a flammability report to a specific standard — samples are sent out and the report is included in the PPAP package.
