Before you send a drawing
- 3D model (STEP or IGES) and a 2D drawing with tolerances and the critical dimensions marked
- Housing type, plug standard or port configuration, and any connector brand that must fit
- Material and surface requirement: resin grade, texture, gloss or matte, color
- Annual volume and order pattern, so the cavity count and the automation can be sized correctly
- Target market and any certification or safety mark the product must carry
If you already own a tool and want it transferred, send the tool drawings and a tooling condition report if you have one. We will assess the tool before quoting any rework.
