A housing program has four stages: the tool, the molding, the secondary operations and the inspection. Most factories own one or two of them and subcontract the rest. We run all four, which is why a gate change, a texture adjustment or a new insert machine can be handled inside the plant instead of across a supplier chain.

Four departments, one plant
Mold making
Mold design and machining for new tools and tool transfers, 25 to 35 sets per month. Mold making
Injection molding
71 machines from 80T to 260T, five-axis servo take-out, automatic sprue cutting. Injection molding
Automation
In-house machines for sprue cutting, pin insertion and spring riveting with CCD inspection. Automation
Quality control
15 people across IQC, IPQC, QA and OQC, with an in-house laboratory. Quality control
Equipment
The full machine list, from molding tonnage to the laboratory instruments. Equipment
Technology
Zero-draft molding, stress-mark control and slide parting-line control. Technology
What a project looks like
- DFM review. We check wall thickness, draft, gate position, ejector layout, texture and assembly features against the customer drawing before quoting the mold.
- Mold design and approval. Cavity layout, cooling, ejection and slides are documented and agreed before machining starts.
- Tool build and trial. Machining, fitting, T0 trial and first-article measurement, with samples sent for customer approval.
- Process validation. Molding parameters are fixed and recorded, and the tool is handed over to production with a signed process sheet.
- Mass production and inspection. Molding, secondary operations, IQC/IPQC/OQC gates, packing and shipment.
