Quality is organised as three gates around production rather than as a final inspection. Incoming material is checked before it is dried; in-process parts are checked against the first article during the run; and outgoing cartons are checked against the packing instruction. Every gate is recorded, and a failed check stops the run until it is resolved.

Production flow and checkpoints
- Order received and production prepared. Material dried, mold mounted, machine program loaded from the approved sheet.
- Initial production and first article. The first parts are measured and sent for approval; the machine is adjusted before the run continues.
- QC check and adjustment. If the first article fails, the mold or machine is corrected and the part is re-submitted. Only then does mass production start.
- Mass production. Self-inspection by the operator plus IPQC patrol inspection during the run.
- Packing and warehousing. Packing to the instruction, then incoming check and put-away.
- Outgoing check. OQC inspection before the carton is released for shipment.
Non-conforming parts are isolated and held. The disposition is documented: rework and re-inspection, sorting with QC confirmation, or scrap. A defect that repeats is treated as a process problem and goes back to the mold or machine, not to the operator.

In-house laboratory
Material and reliability testing is done on site rather than sent out: RoHS screening, burning test, two-dimensional vision measurement, salt spray, melt flow index, height measurement, ultrasonic cleaning, ball pressure, oven ageing, ball impact, color difference, hardness and a high-low temperature chamber. The equipment lets us answer two questions quickly — is the incoming resin what the supplier says it is, and does the molded part still meet the drawing after environmental exposure.

Standards
The quality and environmental management systems are certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. Parts are produced to RoHS requirements, and material declarations can be requested with the quotation. Certification details are on the certifications page.
