Molding runs on a fixed process sheet per tool: drying conditions, barrel profile, mold temperature, injection speed, holding pressure, cooling time and the take-out program. The sheet is created during trial, approved with the first article, and then locked. Production is not allowed to change it without an engineering signature.

Material handling
Resin is dried per the material supplier’s specification before it reaches the machine, and the drying records are part of the production file. Our annual molding capacity is 4,000 tonnes of resin. Power housings are typically molded in PC; the exact grade, color and any flame-retardant requirement are taken from the customer’s BOM and confirmed in writing before the tool is cut.
Take-out and secondary operations
Every machine in the Taiyuan area is equipped with a five-axis servo robot. Parts are taken out on the robot, the sprue is cut automatically at the machine, and the part either goes straight into a packing tray or into an automated cell for pin insertion or riveting. This removes the two operations that cause most handling damage: manual sprue trimming and manual pin pressing.
- Five-axis servo robot take-out as standard on 36 machines
- Automatic sprue cutting for a flat gate face without manual trimming
- Automatic pin insertion with shared frames and changeable fixtures
- Automatic spring riveting with CCD inspection from 100,000 pieces per order
