Every quotation starts with a drawing review. We check the geometry against the molding process — wall thickness, draft, gate position, ejector layout, texture and assembly features — and tell you if something in the design will not mold the way it is drawn. Only then do we quote the tool and the part.
What happens after you send the form
- Review. An engineer reads the drawing and the requirement, and asks for anything missing.
- Feasibility and approach. We reply with the proposed mold concept, cavity count, the surface method if a texture is specified, and the automation needed for the secondary operations.
- Quotation. Tooling cost, part price at your volume, and the lead time from drawing approval to first article.
- Tooling and sampling. After approval, the tool is built, trialled and the first article is sent for sign-off before mass production.
If you have drawings ready, use the form below and mention that the files exist — we will reply with an address for STEP, DWG, PDF and any existing tooling reports.
